      • culturally orientated to whom the information is required i.e. using the stakeholders who wants the information values
      • the data set collected requires to placed in context when it is analysed
    • Areas to be considered from a practical perspective
      • What works and what requires re-writing
        • Clarity of expression
      • Perception of the student’s learning experience as an individualised learning experience
        • Did they learn what they wanted
      • Criterion referenced assessment
        • Benchmark standards whilst requiring to be equitable for global integrity need to acknowledge cultural values
      • The crafting of the tutor – student relationship
      • Until we know what we do, and how we are doing it, we are guessing about how to improve
