LBJ  Express  Marketplace   The  Basics    1.  Free  online  and  mobile-­‐friendly  Marketplace:   •  Encourages  businesses  to  sign  up  for  online  Marketplace  directory   •  Allows  businesses  to  post  incenAves  and  offers  to  reward  customers   •  Invites  consumers  to  visit  at  least  weekly  for  latest  deals  2.  Customer  loyalty  card  offering  discounts  and  special  offers  to  customers  3.  Ongoing  outreach  and  markeAng  to  community  through  LBJ  Express   communicaAons  programs  –  enewsle[ers,  construcAon  alerts,  PR  4.  CollaboraAon  with  chambers  of  commerce,  state  and  local  elected   officials,  city  economic  development  staff  members  and  other  regional   business  organizaAons  5.  Targeted  outreach  during  bridge  closures  and  major  construcAon.  6.  Regular  B4  meeAngs  with  various  speakers  to  help  businesses   understand  how  to  operate  a  successful  business  during  major   construcAon.
