The training centre works together with Estonian Non-formal AdultEducation Association by offering courses and lectures to support citizenactivities, life-long learning and citizens active participation incommunity life. It is home forKohilas music and art school and one of the towns choirs rehearsesthere. A lot of concerts, exhibitions and even an international symposiumon ceramics take place there throughout the year.
