Lincoln Nebraska has experience rapid growth in the 4 years I have lived here, and I think this will continue because of joining the Big Ten. UNL has taken steps to grow in the future, but I think they are missing a great opportunity near campus. The area from "Y" and 18th street to Holderage and 21st st could be converted from heavy industrial to an arts district.
