  1. CHAK DE! Can be said the best example of “The finest management”, it is the story of a leader who lead a group of girls, diverse but devoted to a common goal………….
  2. These planning clipping shows that how coach kabeer khan plans strategies to train the team………….
  3. There are four stages in group formation i.e. forming,storming,norming,performing and adjourning……….are further explained
  4. Group forming is the first stage of group formation in which, people with diversities come and form a group for common goal
  5. Group storming the second stage of group formation, in which intra group conflicts occur………….
  6. In this third stage of group formation, a close relation develop and the group demonstrate higher cohesiveness(attatchment).
  7. In this stage, the structure is fully functional and accepted, group energy has moved from getting to know each other to performing the task at hand.
  8. Adjourning stage appears to be last stage, in this stage member of group sprats from each other due to the completion of task.
  9. Before the final match, coach kabeer khan motivating his team, that only winning is every thing. But its time to give their best.
  10. According to equity theory of Adams, a person can be demotivated if he get reward less then the performance he has given.
  11. But if a person get desired reward for his performance, he feel motivated and become highly devotional to the goal achievement. Kabeer khan and his team when get what they want, they feel motivated for next task
  12. Kabeer khan and his team set a goal, which was specific and difficult, but not impossible, for which they take action plans to complete it and at last winning feedback was there.
  13. Coordination between bindiya and gunjan,in the match against koria, make their team a winning team.
  14. Preeti in first scene get stressed when she asked for compliting round of ground in jus 7 min,and bindiya in whole movie bear stress that her team is lead by kabeer khan, a failure ex-player of India.
  15. By anyhow kabeer khan prooved him self a good and effective leader and he get success in managing a good teams effectively.
  16. Conflict between preeti and komal, sukhwinder and suimui, when they try to prove themselves good from each other
  17. When kabeer khan notice that conflict between team members can be harmful for team, he come in front and try to resolve the conflict .
  18. Bindiya nair in whole movie hates the coach, but at last when coach tells her, her value for team, she changes herself and play well, which give winning in return.
  19. Firstly whole team was against the coach, but when the team changes itself and ready to compromise with the coach, they all get favorable result.
