Group forming is the first stage of group formation in which, people with diversities come and form a group for common goal
Group storming the second stage of group formation, in which intra group conflicts occur………….
In this third stage of group formation, a close relation develop and the group demonstrate higher cohesiveness(attatchment).
In this stage, the structure is fully functional and accepted, group energy has moved from getting to know each other to performing the task at hand.
Adjourning stage appears to be last stage, in this stage member of group sprats from each other due to the completion of task.
