Case 6: <ul><li>85 years old man with obstructive Jaundice one month duration with no pain. </li></ul><ul><li>ERCP was not available at the time of his presentation in Suleimany. </li></ul><ul><li>Imaging was in favor of ca. head pancreas with multiple Para aortic lymph node, the biggest one was 5cm in diameter, with distended gall bladder. </li></ul><ul><li>FNA of the head was showing dysplastic cells. </li></ul><ul><li>Cholecysto- jejunostomy has been done by 2cm incision under local anesthesia. </li></ul><ul><li>The patient had good recovery 1 year later. </li></ul><ul><li>There was no jaundice, only pain. </li></ul>
