  • Ringful Health provides business intelligence of personal health information. Our mobile apps are powerful tools to collect clinically relevant, not previously available, personal health data. Our service then provides actionable reports to employers and pharmaceutical companies. On the individual level, those apps deliver intelligence based on personal data, and help individuals improve their life style, resulting in cost savings for everyone. We have over 40,000 active users on the iPhone with more than 4000 paying out of their own pocket for the PRO apps. Our innovative approach to personal healthcare have been covered by Wall Street Journal, LA Times, New York Times, and national TV. We have major employers and pharmaceutical companies in the sales pipeline that we wish to close in the first half of 2010. The Ringful Health team consists of experienced software entrepreneurs from JBoss / Red Hat, as well as successful physicians academics.
  • Pharma companies spend $30 Billion / yr (2006) in product marketing. Direct to consumer spending is $5 billion in 2009. The Ringful solution plays an important role in expanding pharma's marketing reach and differentiation. In longer terms, Ringful provides extremely valuable data that can help pharmas to make data-driven decisions on both marketing and new product R&D. The market for clinical trial data has reached $20 billion (37% of of Pharma's $60 total R&D) in 2009. Typical clinical trial costs $500 million with a small sample size. On the employer / payor side, preventive care and disease management can save $652 billion / yr, and the federal government is posed to pour in billions in this area. However, the current preventive care / disease management models have not show the success they promised. (BusinessWeek, 2/15 2010). Two thirds of employers with 50+ employees offer wellness program with $163 / employee / yr (some as high as $2000 / employee / yr). $3.2 billion is spend on wellness in US in 2009, and growing fast. Yet only 14% of all employers have the ability to measure ROI of wellness programs. Ringful provides a new preventive care / disease management/ wellness solution that is much more engaging and provides metrics to measure.

  • The core technology of Ringful Health is a very flexible platform that allows us to quickly build end-to-end "data collection" and "analytics" applications for many potential clients. We have 3-day turn around for branded app for a new client. It is a scalable process to build many branded and customized apps. We take a cross platform approach to mobile, reaching popular smarphone platforms (iPhone, Android, BlackBerry) via both apps and  mobile messaging. Our mobile messaging and IVR infrastructure also helps us reach to users who only have regular phones.
