Ingredients:

2 cups vanilla wafers, crushed
1/2 cup butter of margarine, melted
1 cup crushed salted peanuts
1-8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup peanut butter
1 cup powdered sugar
4 cups whipped topping
2 small packages instant chocolate pudding
3 cups milk
1 large chocolate bar

  • Drumstick Bars A Rada Cutlery Recipe
  • Ingredients • 2 cups vanilla wafers, crushed • 1/2 cup butter of margarine, melted • 1 cup crushed salted peanuts • 1-8 oz. package cream cheese, softened • 1/3 cup peanut butter • 1 cup powdered sugar • 4 cups whipped topping • 2 small packages instant chocolate pudding • 3 cups milk • 1 large chocolate bar
  • Layer one
  • Crush your peanuts. To do this, we used the Rada Cutlery Food Chopper.
  • Mix crushed vanilla wafers, melted butter and 2/3 cup of the crushed peanuts. Put in a 9×13” pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
  • Layer Two
  • Mix cream cheese, peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in 2 cups whipped topping.
  • Spread over first layer.
  • Layer Three
  • Mix chocolate pudding and milk. Chill to set. Spread over second layer.
  • Layer four
  • Spread 2 cups whipped topping over third layer.
  • Sprinkle 1/3 cup of the chopped peanuts over top. Grate chocolate bar (Rada Cutlery Vegetable Peeler shown above) and sprinkle over top. Chill overnight.
