  • 1. Bulls v/s Bears
  • 2. The idea behind Bulls and Bears
  • 3. What is Investing?
The way these animals attack their opponents resembles the mannerisms in which the movement of market functions
Upward trend in the market is considered a bull market, quite similar to the way a bull thrusts it’s horns up into the air
Downward trend in the market is considered a bear market, quite similar to the way a bear swipes its paws down
  • 4. What factors influence a Bull or Bear market?
  • 5. Why Should I Invest?
Some of the prominent influencing factors are
    • Supply and demand for securities
    • 6. Investor psychology
    • 7. Government involvement in the economy
    • 8. Changes in economic activity
Investors bid higher or lower prices for stocks on the basis of these forces. Eventually, so will you.
  • 9. So far so good.
    But how do I identify??
  • 10. How to Start Investing
Bull and Bear markets denote important relatively long term movements in market and usually do not consider short-term movements, because they indicate corrections or short-lived movements
You can gauge them only when the market has been moving in it’s current direction (by about 20% of it’s value)
  • 11. Remember: Keep your eyes open for the Bulls and Bears market to invest safely and smartly!
  • 12. Thank You!
