Excelerate will read each workbook execute the transformation process and populate a relational database. </li></ul><ul><li>Excelerate produces a full audit trail with a record of each workbook loaded into the database. </li></ul>

What are the deployment options? <ul><li>As a consulting engagement, VIA will build test and deliver Excelerate process for installation at your site with either Access or SQL Server database. </li></ul><ul><li>As an outsource service, VIA will take your Excel data and deliver to you Tableau packaged workbook, </li></ul><ul><li>As a hosted service, VIA will take your Excel data and publish workbooks to a Tableau Server. </li></ul>

What are the costs? <ul><li>The consulting costs can vary with the complexity of the transformations but plan on $6,000 for an installation with Access and $10,000 with SQL Server. </li></ul><ul><li>Outsource and Hosted service are in addition to the consulting free and depend on the number of Tableau Workbook, the frequency of data updates, the number of hosted users. </li></ul>
