3. MAGAZINE NAME
I have chosen the magazine‟s name to be „MOTION‟ as it is reflective of
both the motion of the body during dance and the constantly evolving
music industry. Also denotes that the new artists in featured in the magazine
are moving forward in their careers.
4. Magazine – The Objective
To give prominence to rising talents who deserve publicity.
To help and inspire people who want to get into dancing as a hobby.
Interviews with established artists/dancers and how they got to where they
currently are.
To establish itself as a renowned magazine that thrives on delivering
premium content.
10. CASE STUDY
For the DPS I have taken inspiration from a magazine other than VIBE. I
prefer the clean modernistic look shown here.
11. MASTHEAD - DESIGN
My masthead uses the font „Harabara‟. I have chosen this Sans-Serif type
font as it is bold and easily readable.
The masthead will be layered underneath the MCU of my chosen model, to
denote importance to the model of the magazine. As it will be partly
hidden, it is important that the font type is clear and bold to compensate.
12. Article Content – The C-Walk
The article will go deep into the C-Walk Subculture that has been created
via a YouTube phenomenon.
Will interview my friend GoSu, who is famous amongst the C-Walk
community for his popular YouTube video.
