RE: Letter of Recommendation- Ms. Kimberly Walls
To Whom It May Concern,
I highly recommend Kim Walls for any employment opportunities where her experience or skills may
be a good fit. Kim has outstanding communications skills, she is patient, thorough, and very
professional in all of her interactions with customers and colleagues.
Kim is self aware and continuously seeks and accepts feedback in order to improve. She is willing
to take the initiative and jump in when she sees something that needs to be done, however she is
keenly aware of legal and regulatory boundaries, errs on the side of caution, and seeks appropriate
levels of support when faced with situations outside of her comfort zone.
Her demeanor, product knowledge, and technical acumen are assets to our customer facing needs,
and her eagerness to collaborate makes her a great internal asset, as well. She has reached out
proactively to key account stakeholders on numerous occasions to provide crucial awareness
regarding inquiries / complaints for key accounts. This early communication has allowed us to head
off growing concerns and/or help mobilize field teams to reduce the resolution time of prolonged
issues.
Kim is a team player and a valued Technical Support consultant for our Molecular customers and
field support teams at Roche, therefore I have the utmost confidence she would be a valuable and
hard working contributor to any team she is a part of. Having gotten to know her over the last few
years, I would recommend Kim for just about any customer facing or support-based role.
Thank you and if you have any questions please don't hesitate to contact me at 303-248-6862 or at
