▪ Warehouse Park – Design Consultancy, KAEC‐IV, KSA. 
The Project is a part of King Abdullah Economic City (KAEC), as the Employer intends to develop 
and  operate  the  first  pre‐built  warehouse  facilities  in  KAEC  located  in  a  gated  and  secured 
Industrial  Valley  (IV)  community  for  logistics,  storage  &  distribution,  light  manufacturing  and 
assembly projects targeting a wide range of businesses including local and international tenants 
as the main objective of the Scope  is to provide an attractive, flexible and efficient design to 
follow the highest quality, sustainability and aesthetics standards. 
 
▪ Phase 2 of New Natural Gas Liquid (NGL) Support Campus at Mesaieed, Qatar. 
The New NGL Support Campus is being developed on a 330,383 m2 area, located at south west of 
Masaieed  Industrial  City  along  Sea  line  Road.  The  campus  is  built  on  L‐shaped  strip  of  land 
consisting  of  new  NGL  laboratory,  new  administration  &  canteen  building,  mosque,  central 
workshop, transport depot, fuel vending facility, warehouses and stores. 
 
▪ General Directorate of Military Works (GDMW) Riyadh Medical Complex, KSA. 
ECG scope of work included detailed design of the Core Medical Hospital and Emergency Medical 
Center, Oncology Hospital and Outpatient Clinic, Polyclinic and Day Surgery, Central Laboratory, 
Pharmacy,  Medical  Administration  Building  and  Conference  Center,  par  king  structure, 
infrastructure  design  for  medical  and  service  zone,  infrastructure  design  for  main  roads  of 
residential and university zones and utilities buildings. 
 
▪ Atlantic Industries Cairo Concentrate Plant Fire Protection, Egypt. 
The client entrusted ECG with a broad scope of work to construct a fire protection system for 
their plant. The project scope comprised design firefighting water tank and flammable material 
storage  design,  and  construction  supervision  of  the  fire  protection  system  for  the  Coca‐Cola 
(Atlantic Industries) concentration plant. 
 
▪ Holdipharma, Pharmaceutical Plants for CID & Kahira Companies, 6th
 of October City, Egypt.  
The project comprises the construction of two new pharmaceutical plants for HoldiPharma on a 
land area of 140,000 m2, CID pharmaceutical plant (75,000 m²) and Kahira Pharmaceutical plant 
(65,000 m²),The two new pharmaceutical plants shall be constructed on Holdipharma new land 
area in 6th of October city on a land area of 65 000 m² for CID plant and 75 000 m² for Kahira 
plant. 
 
 
▪ Prototype Buildings ‐ Interior Ministry – KSA. 
Shop  drawing  preparation  and  full  coordination  for  prototype  buildings  for  the  Ministry  of 
Interior in Saudi Arabia for project main contractor.

▪ National Bank of Egypt – Nabq& Makram Ebied Tower Branches, Egypt. 
Design, coordination and detailed design drawings of two (2) branches in Nabq & Makram Ebied 
Tower. 
 
▪ Eldomiaty Administration Building (Domiatec), Elobour City, Egypt. 
Design,  coordination  and detailed design  drawings  of  a  new  3‐storey  office  building  3  500  m² 
area, fence and ancillary building. 
 
▪ Alexandria East Waste Water Treatment Plant, Alexandria, Egypt. 
Architectural shop drawings of the project consists of two parts, The first part of rehabilitation 
and  extension  work  to  provide  primary  treatment  for  an  additional  average  raw  wastewater 
inflow of 190,000 m³/day,  The second part will improve the treatment process to the secondary 
level and has been designed to handle an average raw sewage inflow of 800,000 m³/day. 
 
▪ Le Méridien Pyramids Hotel, Elharam, Egypt. 
Under Le Méridien Pyramids Hotel project, ECG was engaged in the renovation of the existing 
hotel building Conceptual design of Guest Wing elevations, the wing of 172 rooms as extension 
for Le Méridien Pyramids Hotel. 
 
▪ Design Services for Madinaty Projects, Madinaty, Egypt. 
Shop drawing preparation and full coordination for Central services area at city of international 
standards in Egypt". Madinaty is a city built on 8 thousand Feddans. 
 
▪ Provision of Power Supply for PS 4&5, Sudan. 
Design  &  Detailed  design  preparation  of  pump  stations  4&5  from  the  National  Electrical 
Corporation (NEC) grid and step it down before the tie‐in to the existing system. 
 
▪ El Sewedy Electric Administrative Building, New Cairo, Egypt 
Design Development and detailed design preparation fully coordinated to build an administrative 
building over a land area of about 7,260 m2 located in New Cairo, Egypt. The building comprises 
two basements each 6600 m², a ground floor and six above ground floors each 1,815 m². The 
ground and above ground floors are built over 25% of land area. 
 
▪ Al‐Dammam International Specialty Hospital, Al‐Dammam, KSA. 
Architectural  conceptual  design  development  and  coordination  of  Al‐Dammam  International 
Specialty Hospital, The large‐scale, triple‐tower medical complex aims to deliver state‐of‐the‐art 
medical care to Saudi citizens and foreign expatriates, over total built‐up area of 120,000 m², the 
400‐bed general hospital displays a wide spectrum of core departments.

Technical reviewing of architecture drawings through Design Phases of  OQYANA World First, The 
project  is  an  archipelago  of  man‐made  islands  making  up  the  countries  of  Australasia  on  THE 
WORLD  Project.  OQYANA,  the  world's  first  fully  master  planned  island  retreat  extends  over  a 
total area 2 million m² of seawater comprising of twenty (20) reclaimed islands with an upland 
area of 417,000 m² , The Islands lie 4 km off the coast of Dubai.

data  collection,  design,  working  drawings,  tender  documents,  etc.)  in  accordance  with  the

with consulting engineers and/or contractors on all matters necessary for the implementation of 
the  work  program  of  a  project  in  addition  to  preparation  of  presentations  for  the  following

▪ Mudon Cities of Arabia, Dubai, UAE 
Mudon, meaning 'cities' in Arabic, will incorporate five historic cities, main duty as member of the 
design  team  member  and  as    team  leader  of  the  project  at  the  schematic  design  phase  for 
Damascus,  and  Marrakech  city  centers‐  within  one  large  city.  The  architecture  of  each  of  the 
cities  will  resemble  its  real‐life  counterpart,  include  Residential  buildings,  Retail  stores,  Cafés, 
Restaurants and Hotel with an authentic living experience and a modern luxurious lifestyle.

The project is existing steel structured building. The approximate foot print area is 5,412 m2 and the total built up area is 13,500 m2. The site is located at the 4th industrial zone in 6th
of October industrial city consisting of the following areas (A buffer warehouse/stocking area, Process area, Packing hall, Loading area, Amenities).
With a built-up area of 14,772m2, the building consists of a ground floor and 5 floors. The building floors are designed as open-space areas to accommodate the Authority's
requirements and comprise various departments with associated services; Attorney General's office; administrative offices; a main conference hall with capacity of 200 persons; VIP
reception hall; waiting areas; additional three elevators, male/female restrooms, male/female prayer rooms, snack kitchen, exit stairs and service elevators.
With a total BUA of 48,000m2 and Plot Area of 8,000m2, the project consists of a mixed-use tower with two basements and no height restrictions, encompassing 5-star hotel
(Millennium Hotel), hotel apartments in addition to a commercial area.
The project comprised the design of two mixed use towers of plots (5870m2) located in the corner of two major roads within the development. The total Built-up Area: 20545m2.

The facility includes new NGL laboratory building including metallurgy and corrosion laboratory, finished product laboratory, sulphur laboratory, gas chromatograph laboratory,
analytical laboratory, physical laboratory and environmental laboratory.
ECG scope of work included detailed design of the Core Medical Hospital and Emergency Medical Center, Oncology Hospital and Outpatient Clinic, Polyclinic and Day Surgery, Central
Laboratory, Pharmacy, Medical Administration Building and Conference Center, parking structure, infrastructure design for medical and service zone, infrastructure design for main
roads of residential and university zones and utilities buildings.
The project scope comprised design and construction supervision of the fire protection system for the CocaCola (Atlantic Industries) concentration plant.
A new multi-storey office building for the WHO Eastern Mediterranean Regional office. The building complex offers a built-up area of 29,500 m2 to be constructed in two phases
13,750 m2 and 15,750 m2 respectively.
The resort stretches over a 50,000m2 plot area whilst entertaining a vast 840m beach perimeter. The luxury five-star beach development encompasses two village clusters unveiling
300 rooms/suites and a series of entertainment amenities.
Blocks "3,4,C,9" is set amongst the heart of Eastown. About 80,270m2 BUA (Commercial = 71,278m2, Retail = 8,992m2). They form a square and are linked in the center by the 3,4,C &
9 Central Square.
The project comprised the construction of two new pharmaceutical plants on a land area of 140,000m2, CID pharmaceutical plant (75,000m2) and Kahira Pharmaceutical plant
(65,000m2). ECG scope includes underground water tanks, wastewater treatment plants, roads, service buildings, fences, landscape, administration buildings, laboratories,
warehouses and other facilities.
The project comprised the design, management, and construction supervision of the 40-acre MCIT Complex in Smart Village along the Cairo-Alexandria Desert Road. The complex
encompasses a series of buildings including the Administration Building, the Training Center; the National Center for Documentation of Civilization and National Heritage; the Center of
Organization of Communication Infrastructure; and Union of Communications and Data Technology. The complex buildings are currently undergoing a major development to be LEED
certified.
Over a land area of 125,000m2 and with a built-up area of 64,000m2, the pharmaceutical plant's main production area includes solid production, sterile production and penicillin
production and auxiliary buildings. The project's development will be completed by the year 2021 over 3 phases aiming to achieve an annual solid production capacity of 2.5 billion
tablet and 1.38 Billion capsules and sterile production of 126 Million ampoules (< 10 ml) and 2.2 Million ampoules (<60 ml).
A new building consisting of two (2) basements, ground floor and five (5) floors with foot print area (1,000 m2).

in villa area, and all related infrastructure for these areas.
Shop drawing preparation for eleven prototype buildings for the Ministry of Interior in Saudi Arabia.
Construction, renovation and upgrading of two (2) branches in Assiout and Red Sea region. The reconstruction process comprises elevations' cladding replacement, interior
refurbishment, and mechanical/electrical/ plumping system.
The project consists of one (1) building with a total foot print of 3,500 m2 comprising basement (3,200m2), ground floor (3,500m2), first floor (3,500m2) and pyramid sky light above
roof.
The project comprised the provision of consultancy services, preparing permit and construction documents for the construction of about 1,100 villas and townhouses in addition to
preparing the infrastructure networks for the entire project.
The project comprised the renovation of the existing hotel building, associated recreational area, and supporting facilities. Entertaining a land area of 1,631m2, the hotel building
included two basements, a ground floor, three typical floors, and a roof floor with plant room for chillers and cooling towers. ECG was also involved in the development of a 126-room
guest wing extension.
The project components comprised 13 chemical storage tanks of capacities ranging from 850-2,100m3. At the harbor quay, a chemical receiving station was set up to secure
conveyance of industrial chemicals to the chemicals storage tanks via 3 extended piggable pipelines. Other terminal elements included a truck loading station; nitrogen generators; a
cutting-edge control unit adopting a programmable logic controller system; an administration building housing a control room and laboratory; along with all other service utilities.
Over a land area of about 7,260m2 , the building comprises two basements 6,000m2, a ground floor and six above ground floors 1,815m2. The ground and above ground floors are
built over 25% of land area.

The triple-tower medical complex stretches over a total built-up area of 120,000m2. The 400-bed, 10-storey general hospital displays a wide spectrum of core departments such as
Emergency; Radiology; Laboratories; Pharmacy; Cath Lab; Endoscopy; Surgery; Sterilization; Maternity; Nursery; Intensive Care; and Physical Therapy. Ease of circulation is viably
secured between all hospital components. In addition, there are 56 out-patient clinics, a series of centers engaged in Cardiology; In Vitro Fertilization; Kidney Dialysis and
Labor/Delivery. Supporting departments comprise Administrative, Maintenance, Custodian Services, Laundry departments, Central Kitchen and the electromechanical ancillary building.
Other luxury hospital amenities entail royal suites; health clubs featuring gyms, dry saunas, jacuzzis, steam rooms, and massage chambers; a banquet hall; restaurants and
cafeterias; and a 6-storey garage.
With a total built-up area of 138,000m2 and total land area of 110,000m2 the complex comprises three faculties, in addition to two Nursing faculties and common facilities serving all
buildings. All faculties surround and have direct access to a four-storey Central Building. The sky-lit structure is a large atrium acting as an entertainment platform entailing an
exhibition hall, coffee shops, cafeterias, prayer facilities, and space for student activities.
With a footprint area of nearly 140,000m2, the masterpiece centre takes on several special themes including a cinema complex, a gourmet hypermarket, restaurants and cafes, a food
court, 250 retail shops, in addition to family entertainment centre. The retail village comprises ten buildings accommodating 70 retail units that surround a romantic lake. Outdoor leisure
attractions uncover a palm tree-lined promenade and a park entertaining luxurious landscaped gardens. Total car parking space area amounts to 210,000m2 furnishing over 7,000
slots.
The World's first fully master planned island retreat extends over a total area of 2 million m2 of seawater comprising 20 reclaimed islands with an upland area of 420,000m2. OQYANA
is destined to be a fully harmonized mixed-use lifestyle through a mixture of sea view luxury units with a total built-up area of 771,000m2 including ocean beach villas, coastal beach
villas, canal homes, coral water homes, marina apartments, reef seaside apartments, penthouse apartments and serviced apartments, complimented with commercial and cultural
activities, yacht club, community services, aquarium, five hotels, state-of-the-art spa in addition to ferry terminals and marinas.

The resort stretches over a 50,000m2 plot area whilst entertaining a vast 840m beach perimeter. The luxury five-star beach development encompasses two village clusters unveiling 300 rooms/suites and a series of entertainment amenities. Blocks "3,4,C,9" is set amongst the heart of Eastown. About 80,270m2 BUA (Commercial = 71,278m2, Retail = 8,992m2). They form a square and are linked in the center by the 3,4,C & 9 Central Square. The project comprised the construction of two new pharmaceutical plants on a land area of 140,000m2, CID pharmaceutical plant (75,000m2) and Kahira Pharmaceutical plant (65,000m2). ECG scope includes underground water tanks, wastewater treatment plants, roads, service buildings, fences, landscape, administration buildings, laboratories, warehouses and other facilities. The project comprised the design, management, and construction supervision of the 40-acre MCIT Complex in Smart Village along the Cairo-Alexandria Desert Road. The complex encompasses a series of buildings including the Administration Building, the Training Center; the National Center for Documentation of Civilization and National Heritage; the Center of Organization of Communication Infrastructure; and Union of Communications and Data Technology. The complex buildings are currently undergoing a major development to be LEED certified. Over a land area of 125,000m2 and with a built-up area of 64,000m2, the pharmaceutical plant's main production area includes solid production, sterile production and penicillin production and auxiliary buildings. The project's development will be completed by the year 2021 over 3 phases aiming to achieve an annual solid production capacity of 2.5 billion tablet and 1.38 Billion capsules and sterile production of 126 Million ampoules (< 10 ml) and 2.2 Million ampoules (<60 ml). The project comprised the provision of consultancy services, preparing permit and construction documents for the construction of about 1,100 villas and townhouses in addition to preparing the infrastructure networks for the entire project. Entertaining a land area of 1,631m2, the hotel building included two basements, a ground floor, three typical floors, and a roof floor with plant room for chillers and cooling towers. ECG was also involved in the development of a 126-room guest wing extension. The project components comprised 13 chemical storage tanks of capacities ranging from 850-2,100m3. At the harbor quay, a chemical receiving station was set up to secure conveyance of industrial chemicals to the chemicals storage tanks via 3 extended piggable pipelines. Other terminal elements included a truck loading station; nitrogen generators; a cutting-edge control unit adopting a programmable logic controller system; an administration building housing a control room and laboratory; along with all other service utilities.
