  • EXIT STRATEGY T aghyir lab will be investing in each of the 20 startups that reach phase 2. This will be T agyir’s business model and engagement strategy with its portfolio startups. SEED FUNDING ‣ Startups at build stage (Phase 3) will receive RM15,000 of seed funding for 10% equity of the business. This means Tagyhir Lab will be a partner in the business. ‣ Taghyir Lab will exit the startup at either the Angel round or Pre-Series Round, at the Net Present Valuation at the time of the funding round. ‣ Taghyir Lab, may lead or participate in a syndicated round of funding in subsequent funding cycles.
