Don't wait until you are on the hunt for a new job to begin the process of branding yourself online. Recruiters are continually using social media to find candidates, which is why you need to make sure you are putting your best foot forward and have a positive digital footprint.

This presentation was first shared with a group of student leaders at Oral Roberts University to help give first steps to building an online reputation that will groom them to have the career they want.
