    • Downside: working hours longer
      • >60 hours per week : 12.5% to 16.5% from 2002 to 2004
      • 2/3 of families working outside Mon-Fri 9-5
      • ½ of all employees have some form of flexible working arrangement
      • 11% of women and 8% of men worked flextime
      • 7% of women and 1% of men worked term time only
