PROFILE OF PARTICIPANTS Professionals — private & public sector In a (mature) leadership role — with 5+ years of professional experience Experience in at least one of these domains: design, technology, business and governance — and affinity with all of them Rebellious mind, strong interpersonal skills and a ‘can do’ attitude Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
