OCP Responsibilities - Steer the direction of the OC and generate synergy within the team - Manage OC members and ensure that they are aligned to the goals of the team - Maintain internal communications and coordination of information across the OC - Track the timeline and progress of work for each team
  • 4. HGS/Finance Responsibilities - Assist OCP in his/her responsibilities - Keep minutes of meetings - Handle Budget for Recruitment - Track and process payments
  • 5. Ops (OCVP & Team Members) Responsibilities - Create ops plan and manpower allocation - Liaise for any inventories orders - Coordinate timely arrival of logistics requirements for Recruitment and Induction events - Source for venues and manage communications with relevant stakeholders for booth space; info-talk sessions, lecture bashes and Induction - Manage logistics and inventories purchased
  • 6. Marketing (OCVP & Team Members) Responsibilities - Designing all Recruitment and Induction marketing materials (emailers, logo, posters, booklets, slide layouts) - Crafting the write-ups and content of promotional materials to align with the AIESEC brand and Recruitment and Induction theme - Creating and administering Recruitment and Induction FB Page/website
  • 7. Services (OCVP & Team Members) Responsibilities - Sign-ups servicing: engage sign-ups and manage their queries (from applications up till induction) - gather/collate information for important dates and let participants know of them (e.g. info-talk dates and numbers) - Scheduling of interviews for applicants
  • 8. Commitment Mid-November to Mid-February Accountability Report to: LCVP Youth Marketing (OC & OCP Mentor) LCVP Talent Management (For Interviews and Induction)
  • 9. General Timeline OC Applications Close: Friday, 8th November, 2359 Selection Interview (Skype): Saturday, 9th November OR Sunday, 10th November Announcement of Results: Monday, 11th November
