  • 6. Nearly there... Checking all the finishes Applying the wallpaper to inside each wall panel Then comes the final touches with accessories to tie the whole scheme together
  • 7. Matching in...Existing furniture and accessories are painted to match the chosen colour scheme, keeping the neutral and cosy feeling and being sympathetic to the narrow hall.
  • 8. Setting the mood... ...with subtle lamp lighting
  • 9. Co-ordinating...Adding prints specially mounted by Room Design to add a splash of colour.
  • 10. The furniture... What used to be a broken pine tall drawer unit was carefully brought back to life With a new plinth on the bottom and reinforced bracing on the back Undercoated and given two new coats of paint to match all the woodwork A hardwearing top using an off cut of a chosen porcelain tile And two types of traditional handles placed on alternate drawers to add interest and character
  • 11. The final touch...Room Design’s personalised touch is adding a handpainted “Home Sweet Home” print that uses the same warm hues of orange to add that splash of colour and life into the neutral scheme.
