  • 2. IN WHAT WAY DOES YOUR MEDIA PRODUCT USE,DEVELOP OR CHANGE FORMS AND CONVENTIONSOF REAL MEDIA PRODUCTS? For the short film we decided to follow conventions through props and locations. We used a sharp object as the weapon and used locations such as a graveyard and a garage. However we decided to break traditional horror convention by making our killer female.
  • 3.  Weapon We stuck to the conventions of a horror by Image using a sharp instrument to kill our victim. Location Image The locations we filmed in were a graveyard and a garage. Both of these locations are conventional to a horror film Image
  • 4.  CharactersOur killer is unconventional to a horror film. Although the killerconventionally comes from a troubled past that motivates them tomurder, she is female whereas in a conventional horror film thekillers are usually male. Our victim is stereotypical to a horror film. Thevictim fits into the stereotypical role of thedefenceless female. Image of shelby
