 Coordinate and conduct matine spread inspections (OVID, MS, WS, HSE and MAR)
prior operation and deficiency list closure during SISI NUBI 2B & PECIKO 7B project
tender.
 Monitor compliance with COMPANY Marine Operationg Prosedures, issuance and
renewal of Inspection Release Certificate and Marine Operation Permit on Company
Sites on designated project.
 Performs regular contractors’s vessel and equipments inspection.
 Advice and Assist Project and Lire Management,
Superintendent and Supervisor in concerning Marine HSE issues to ensure Project
acrivities and personnel operate within TEPI Policies.
 Assist project and line management developing Marine coordination and interfaces
procedure with others TEPI entities (ENG.FO,MAR)
 Review and moment project marine procedures and ensure adequate risk assessment
and mitigation are carried out.
 Encourage contractors to maintain HSE in the highest priority standard, and to advance
the development of a positive a HSE culture, including improvements in Safety
Behavior.
 As Marine Captain and Marine advisor to monitoring all movement of marine spread (
42 nos of offshore support vessel,Pipe lay Barge,heavy lift Jackets installation barge,
drilling jack up rig ,Hook up Barge ,AHTs ,Crew boats and other vessel are involved in
the project.
** Incharge and supervised over than 100 movement of all marine spread( included Pipe
lay barge,heavy lift Jackets insallation barge ,Hook up Barge within about 2 years Project.

Job Description:
 Manage and Responsible for Safe Operartion of Crane Barge.
 Ensuring safe ballasting and de ballasting during Barge move operations.
 Maintaining the control of trim, stability and stress on the Barge, by organizing and
maintaining deck and hull load distribution
 Supervise towing operation on Barge moves.
 Ensures the safe passage of personnel during transfers involving marine or crane
operations
 Maintains accurate information and informs the Company Man or CSR and
superintendent on weather forecasts, precise tide and maritime charts, tidal currents and
bad weather are factors that can be managed with precise information and work planning
 Prepared and presented of Barge safety briefing and prejob meeting before Barge moved.
