About Karpus Communications, LLC <ul><li>Karpus Communications, LLC was started in 2007 by it’s current owner, Ron Karpus III. </li></ul><ul><li>It had been primarily subcontract work, and CCTV. Until 2010 when it became an Authorized Quick Response Dealer & moved to Sheffield Village. </li></ul><ul><li>Now Karpus Communications, LLC is reaching new heights, penetrating the local market in security systems and other residential products in the low voltage industry. </li></ul><ul><li>Karpus Communications, LLC is a family business that strives on quality, honesty and professionalism. </li></ul>

Telemarketing <ul><li>You will be calling both Residential and Commercial leads, as well as developing your own Commercial lead lists in your designated zones. </li></ul><ul><li>Residential leads have calling restrictions, hours, DNC lists, and privacy policies. You will be trained on these. </li></ul><ul><li>Products being sold will vary by promotions, zones, sales, etc. They will include but are not limited to; security systems, cctv, home audio and theater packages. </li></ul><ul><li>All telemarketers MUST train in the office, but may work from home. There is 1 mandatory meeting every month for Team development. </li></ul>

Residential Face to Face <ul><li>Residential face to face sales includes both door to door, and preset appointments. </li></ul><ul><li>Face to Face leads are distributed by zones on a street by street basis. These are generally the most effective leads to close quickly. </li></ul><ul><li>Residential Reps are required to return signed paperwork and necessary deposits when closing sale. </li></ul><ul><li>Residential zones are distributed on Mondays for the entire week. </li></ul><ul><li>Residential sales will be primarily security systems and home audio systems. </li></ul>

Business to Business <ul><li>Business to Business sales will be a combination of face to face, phone networking and preset appointments. </li></ul><ul><li>Business to Business Leads are distributed in zones, which are on a street by street and city basis. </li></ul><ul><li>Business Reps are required to complete paperwork and collect deposits, etc. before turning in the sale. </li></ul><ul><li>Business Sales will consist of any one of our products in a given promotion period. Security Systems being the target sales for a daily basis. </li></ul>

Team Leaders <ul><li>Team Leaders are management level and have at least 6 months with Karpus Communications, LLC. </li></ul><ul><li>We promote from within at this level. </li></ul><ul><li>Team leaders are responsible for anywhere from 5-25 sales reps. There will be team leaders for every type of sales. </li></ul><ul><li>Team Leaders will be required to put in field and office time and have sales quotas for them and their teams! </li></ul>
  10. 10. Contests <ul><li>Every Rep, from each division of sales is eligible for the contests. There are weekly, monthly, and quaterly contests. </li></ul><ul><li>Prizes range from items like a GPS, IPOD Shuffle, Gift Cards, Cash and much more… </li></ul><ul><li>Contests are posted weekly in the office, as well as updated daily in your daily e-cap. </li></ul>

What is your E-CAP? <ul><li>E-cap is your daily email with an update on new sales promotions, sales rep totals, contests leader board, notes from staff, etc. </li></ul><ul><li>This email will be sent to your Karpus Communications email we will provide to you. It is set up with gmail.com. This way you can access it from any computer. However if you have a laptop or home computer with outlook, we can set it up there as well. </li></ul><ul><li>E-cap MUST be checked Monday-Friday everyday before starting work! </li></ul>

Allowances & Monthly Bonuses <ul><li>3-4 sales weekly earns $75 for gas allowance </li></ul><ul><li>5 or more sales weekly earns $125 for gas allowance </li></ul><ul><li>After the 15 th sale of month, bonus of $300 Paid. </li></ul><ul><li>$50 for every sale after the 15 th of the month. </li></ul><ul><li>Bonuses Paid on the 15 th of the following month, allowances paid on same pay period as sales. </li></ul><ul><li>3-4 sales weekly earns $75 for allowance </li></ul><ul><li>5 or more sales weekly earns $125 for allowance. </li></ul><ul><li>After the 15 th sale of the month, bonus of $175 Paid. </li></ul><ul><li>$25 for every sale after the 15 th of the month. </li></ul><ul><li>Bonuses Paid on the 15 th of the following month, allowances paid on same pay period as sales. </li></ul>B&R Sales Reps Telemarketing

End of year Bonus <ul><li>200-249 sales $1000 </li></ul><ul><li>250-299 sales $1500 </li></ul><ul><li>300-499 sales $2000 </li></ul><ul><li>500 plus sales $5000 </li></ul><ul><li>This is for residential, business & telemarketing. </li></ul><ul><li>Bonuses paid on December 15 th and sales must run from dec 1. To nov 30. </li></ul>

Base Salary Qualifications <ul><li>Average of 12 Sales monthly -$75 week </li></ul><ul><li>Average of 15 Sales monthly -$100 week </li></ul><ul><li>Average of 20 Sales monthly -$150 week </li></ul><ul><li>This is Paid after 6 months continuous employment with Karpus Communications with average held over the entire duration. </li></ul><ul><li>Base Salaries are evaluated and may increase based on performance every 6 months. </li></ul>
  18. 18. Benefits <ul><li>After 6 months employment all sales reps who are base salary eligilble will be able to participate in our benefits program. Karpus Communications,LLC is currently shopping around for the best benefits package possible to offer it’s employees. We are also hoping to offer a 401K package in the next 18 months. </li></ul>
