My Montessori was inspired by the bold primary colours and the
geometric shapes found in children’s toys. The stacking toys which are
meant to teach children about various sizes were elements that I carried
through my designs. The bold primary colours were used for way finding.
In addition, I used their tints and tones to create feature elements within
these spaces.
I was also inspired by the ocean, nature and animals which I used to
pushed my design limits to create special themed rooms for the children.
