    Hi Sandra, If you compare and contrast with the paper handout you will notice that there are a couple of changes. After you mentioned BestforBusiness in your presentation I found that they had produced a YouTube video on their services! So I included it in the final version of the ppt.

    • A concept not a product
    • A way of thinking
    • A way of working
      • collaborative, social, sharing
      • reusing and mixing data, mashups
    • All sorts of technologies but….
    • .. don’t concentrate on the technologies – think about what you want to do with content and information
    • Examples:
