  • The Gancia wine add (for example on the side of the tram earlier in this PP document) advertises a site www.kaikkijuhlista.fi- means www.allaboutparty.fi From this site you can find for example a competetion organised by Gancia vine. You can send your own photo to this competetion with the topic ”picnic”. These are examples from the pictures people have send. The law says; Adversing is prohibited if: 1) it is aimed at minors or other persons to whom according to section 16 no alcoholic beverages may be sold, or if such persons are depicted in it; Booze Rebellion contacted Valvira of these ads. Valvira did not see this as in these pictures, but is looking at other things ont this site.
  • These pictures are from this campaign´s ”The Years Metso” (a Finnihs bird) competion, where people could compite of the best picture. http://www.radiorock.fi/kilpailut/olvi/lista.asp?sivu=1 These pictures are controversal from the point of view of the law since it’a forbidden than ” an abundant consumption of alcohol is described there in positive and if ads are contrary to good manners. “
  • Alkoholimainontaa voidaan rajoittaa tuotetietomainontaan, joka poistaisi markkinoinnista eniten nuoriin vetoavat elementit. Eu sallii tämän: Mainontaa on jo tehokkaasti rajoitettu Ranskassa ja Ruotsissa .
