    • 2 Current Vacancy Executive Account Executive/Client Relationship Manager  Are you a current or former Para Planner seeking a change?  Are you an expert user with financial planning software?  Like the opportunity to Account Manage financial planning groups on their platform needs? Out client is a highly driven customer focused business who offer solutions across the Wealth Management industry. Through experiencing strong growth, they currently have an opportunity for an Account Manager to join their team to essentially contribute towards their continuing success. Working as one of two individuals in South Australia and Reporting to the Divisional Manager, the Account Executive would be responsible for:  Being the primary contact for a portfolio of Wealth Management clients, developing their knowledge and use of their systems, while enhancing their relationship with the company  Positioned as the person who is the Product Specialist but can access a range of business and IT experts including consultants, product managers, developers and senior management  Gain a thorough knowledge of the client's business, their requirements and expectations  Provide training and support to existing clients  Building ongoing relations with Financial Planning firms and Practice Managers to assist current accounts and grow further new business opportunities To be successful for this role, you will need the following:  Extensive knowledge of current financial planning platforms currently used in the market space  Ability to outline and educate users on potential software functionality and features  Advanced Word and Excel  Ability to work autonomously, yet still form part of a team  Willingness to share ideas and knowledge  Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks Ideally suiting individuals with a current or former background in financial planning, it is expected the successful applicant will enjoy the role of building relationships with both current and new clients and enjoy being viewed as the Adelaide platform product expert and invaluable resource to financial planning firms across South Australia.
