    • The response time has been reduced considerably, but even today, for excellence in Customer Service the gap between current and desired level of response time needs to be further reduced, specially at the Regional & HO level.

    • Introduction of the “Performance Improvement At The Work Place” intervention by all State Office Heads to their Team Members.
    • Since one of the most important areas of Decision Making today is “Pricing” - Complete thorough knowledge of Pricing is essential to reduce this gap.

    • GM (Pricing) to hold pricing Workshop at each State Office.
    • Ensuring complete in-depth, thorough knowledge on the subject, policies and procedures related to the responsibilities of the concerned employees
