Funding August 2007 SIL received $200,000 for FY 2007-08 from the Under Secretary for Science from the Seidell Fund to support BHL activities

Organizational 11 April 2007 Organizational. Smithsonian Institution Libraries forms the SIL BHL Task force comprised of eight staff and charged with overseeing all SIL BHL related activities

4 non book (rejected in picklist before going to shelf)

24 dups (including c.2s and items already scanned by SI)
2 rejected by scanner for tight margins
2 rejected by scanner for size limitations
3 rejected by SI conservator because they were too brittle/falling apart etc.
35 have been scanned
22 have been "curated"
of the 13 that haven't been curated yet, 5 have truncated metadata and 5 have incorrect metadata (bound-withs)
