Give them incentive to interact directly with your posts. Movie tickets, oil changes, etc. work very well.

The enjoyment part is easy. Exclusivity is harder. Give them a reason to see something others will not.

You can cross- promote with a local restaurant, specialty shop, or anyone who the dealership has (or will have) a relationship with.
