Very interesting ppt. The research indicated PPT only contains 30% of information; therefore the 70% valuable information comes from the presenter himself/herself. soEZLecturing.com provides you a chance to record your voice with your PowerPoint presentation and upload to the website. It can share with more readers and also promote your presentation more effectively on soEZLecturing.com.

bCisive For Meetings - Presentation Transcript

  1. Using bCisive to capture , clarify and communicate corporate reasoning − from brainstorm to proposal A canned example:
  2. The meeting begins with some pre-prepared leading questions...
  3. A summary of the dialogue is captured... ... as the attendees explore options and ideas that arise.
  4. The map evolves...
  5. Leading to actionable tasks that are assigned to the individuals to have prepared for the next meeting
  6. ...and any new key questions are added as the next round of leading questions for subsequent meetings Once tasks are completed the supporting information is linked into the map...
  7. When deliberating is done, the outline of the map is exported to scaffold a comprehensive and logically structured report, recommendation or proposal
  8. The benefits
    • Meetings are:
    • brief and to the point
    • more collaborative
    • less emotive
    • Unlike minutes where only the explicit points are documented, mapping captures the implicit and tacit, allowing non attendees to understand the full nature of the discussion
    • Ongoing analysis, evidence and/or supporting information can be directly attached to the map
    • Thinking and reasoning are transparent, and due diligence is promoted
    • Networking with stakeholders is easier; input can be added ‘on the fly’
    • Maps can be stored for posterity, evaluation and reuse, aiding Corporate Knowledge Management and succession planning
    • Writing reports, recommendations or proposals with clear, logical structure is easier and faster
    The benefits continued
