    8. What is a Learning Style?
      • A learning style is the manner in which a person’s brain learns and stores information efficiently.
      • No one learns the same, therefore, there are many different learning styles.
      • Additionally, learning styles have nothing to do with intelligence or skill; therefore, there is no good, bad, right, or wrong style.
    9. Why is it important to the Trainer?
      • You will be able to help your trainees learn to store the information efficiently and help them understand how their brain learns best.  retain new skills better
      • Everyone does not learn the same way you do.
      • Everyone doesn’t learn like you do
      • If you train them right the first time it reduces costs later.
      • The trainer can facilitate an understanding of each other’s differences so that everyone can become more tolerant and understanding of other people in their workplaces.
      • Ways to diversify your presentation to be understood and enjoyed by more people
