  • 4. LIFE EXPECTANCY RATE Measured at Birth or age one. The maximum value decided is 77. The minimum value decided is 38. The 2010 report given by UN says that Indian life expectancy rate is 64.6.

  • 9. LITERACY RATE It indicates number of literate person per 100 persons. The maximim value decided is 100 and minimum value is 0. In 2009, literacy rate in India was 65.38.
