All Systems working within Al-Aqariya will be built & Developed by Al-Aqariya Technical Team, or any third Party assigned by them.
All Systems, Necessary Interfaces, Standard Processes within Partners Workflow should be developed and maintained by the Partner Technical Team, or any third Party assigned by them.
AL-Aqariya will consolidate with its Partners regarding the Interface design needed to gather or deliver data and services from the Partner Systems.
Partners should consolidate with Al-Aqariya regarding the Interface design needed to gather or deliver data and services from or to Al-Aqariya Systems.
Service Development should be scheduled and maintain delivery time plan.
Service Upkeep and maintenance should be on all parties based on their share of the Service Operations and Service Subsystems.
Any Changes in the collectively approved design or workflow for the system should be reported and consent by all parties before applying it.
