  • 28. SENGSTAKEN BLAKMORE TUBE • It is used to obtain hemostasis in a case of bleeding esophageal and gastric varices.

  • 40. MALECOT’S CATHETER • Self retaining catheter for females. • Along with a condom can be used as a condom catheter. • Intercostal drainage.
  • 41. URINE BAG ( URO BAG ) • CONNECTED TO THE CATHETER FOR COLLECTION OF URINE.
  • 42. STOMACH TUBE WITH FUNNEL AND GAG • For stomach wash.
  • 43. RECTAL TUBE ( FLATUS TUBE ) • To release flatus.
  • 44. PROCTOSCOPE • For proctoscopy examination.
  • 45. TRUCUT NEEDLE • Used for kidney or liver biopsy.
  • 46. JAMSHEDI NEEDLE
  • 47. PLEURAL BIOPSY NEEDLE • For pleural biopsy
  • 48. SYRINGE . • For injections,aspirations,etc

  • 50. SOUTHEY’S TUBE AND NEEDLE • It was used in the past to remove edematous fluid from the cutaneous tissue.
