  • Working out priorities!Task A (important and urgent) Task B (important or urgent)Task C (routine but necessary)
  • Priority tasking continued• Any work day should include a mixture of A-, B- and C-tasks!• Plan a selection of tasks that you can realistically achieve in the work day• Spread the three types of tasks throughout the day, i.e. intersperse blocks of concentration (for A-tasks) with periods of less demanding B- and C-tasks
  • • Important to allocate the most demanding tasks of the day when u are at mental and physical peak!
  • Keep a master list!
  • Most importantly: Think positive!!!Make time to do things you enjoy!Positive attitude (with a positive attitude, it is easier to manage your time and solve problems at work)When you take the time to plan, you can consciously be positive!
