Why you should use a team pageWith a team page you can:• group all of your event participants together and keep track of who is fundraising as part of a team• let your fundraisers link their fundraising pages in one click• view the team total to know how much is being raised through the event and add a team target to encourage competition• promote your brand by adding a photo and your logo• make reporting easier. Look out for columns titled Fundraising Page Team Name and Fundraising Page Team URL in your JustGiving reports to find out team information.

How to create a team pageStep 2Enter the details of your team• Enter your team name in the Name the team box.• Choose the team’s web address for the landing page. If the web address is unavailable, try something else. Please note, once the page is up and running, you won’t be able to change this, so make sure you choose a name you’re happy with.• Choose how people join this team. If you choose Open, anyone will be able to join this team without prior approval from the team administrator. If you choose Closed, fundraisers will need to be approved by the team administrator before their fundraising page appears with the team.

You can either set the target as the combined total from team member’s individual fundraising targets or set your own team target.• Choose which of your own fundraising pages are added to the team.• Click Make a team page.You’re now ready to edit the team pageand invite people to join your team
