ANTIOXIDANTSAntioxidants are substances that protect cells against the effect of free radicalsFree radicals can damage cells and may cause heart disease, cancer, or other diseases.Antioxidant substance include vitamin E, C, fiber, selenium and beta carotene.Antioxidants helps to prevent heart disease, cancer, and other diseases. They are also good for your skin, make you look younger.
  • 3. Berries Berries are fully packed with antioxidants and Flavanoids. They are low in calories, high in water, fiber, vitamin C, and minerals. Anthocyanin a special antioxidant in blue berries and strawberries gives a special colour. It helps to reduce cholesterol, fights cancer, prevents heart disease and cleanse your skin. Recommendation: 1 cup of berries daily
