  • 4. Negative Stress –Can cause serious damage
    This effects your mental and physical health, resulting in low performance in personal and professional life
    The more you think the more reasons you will get to feel stressed
    Some reasons for negative stress can be :
    Accident
    Illness
    Grief
    Work pressure
    Financial worries

    Stress is not always negative
  • 6. Positive Stress – In a controlled situation this can be beneficial
    It helps to increase your efficiency
    Positive stress can help a person
    to take up a new job
    change their schedule
    to get away during a threatening or dangerous situation
    make necessary lifestyle changes
    If channelized properly, Positive Stress can be productive and good

    As the body heals this damage, artery walls scar and thicken, which can reduce the supply of blood and oxygen to the heart
