  • 2. Do regular exercise .Exercise: will helps to keep yourself strong & mind healthy. Exercise. Its a great stress buster.
  • 3. Meditation will help you Meditation can give you a sense of calm, peace and balance that benefits both your emotional well- being and your overall health.
  • 4. Share trouble with your friends  Sharing your troubles can give you perspective, help you feel cared for and relieve your burden.
  • 5. Think positively about problem Thinking positively about the situation can you bring new ideas for solving it, and therefore, eliminate the stress.
  • 6. Breath slowly Breathing from your diaphragm oxygenates your blood, which helps you relax instantly
  • 7. Drink water or milk Drinking a cup of water helps too. If you feel stressed or tense before going to sleep at night, a glass of milk, warm or cold can make you feel more relaxed.
  • 8. Munch some snacks Munch Some Snacks:- Foods that are high in carbohydrates stimulate the release of serotonin, feel-good brain chemicals that help induce calm
  • 9. Find cause to laugh Watching television, movie, lessening music, reading interesting books may divert you & feel you calm
  • 10. Take walk outside It forces you to breathe more deeply and improves circulation.& also gives you time to think on problem & solve it.
  • 11. Take quick nap Take quick nap:- A short 10-15 min.nap is helpful to reduce stress . It is natural re-energizer
