Soybean oil:Soy bean oil contains omega 3 fatty acids which helps to reduce cholesterol level.Soy bean oil is cholesterol free and contains phytoesterol which helps reduce LDL(bad) cholesterol.After extraction also soy bean oil retains its antioxidant properties.It helps to restore luster and flaunts skin.
  4. 4. Olive oil:Olive oil is a pure juice of processed olives.It is the only oil which is extracted from fresh fruit.It helps to improve cholesterol levels and reduces risk of heart disease.Applying olive oil to your hair makes them smooth, healthy and shiny.

Rice Bran Oil Rice bran oil contains gamma-oryzanol which helps to reduce cholesterol levels. It has a very high smoking point, which makes it perfect for deep frying. Rice bran oil is hypo allergic( slightly allergic). It is naturally free of trans fatty acids. It helps to prevent atherosclerosis and cardiovascular diseases.
