This document outlines the goals and initiatives of the iHV (Institute of Health Visiting) Education and Development Programme. The key points are: 1) The programme aims to boost staff morale, support professional development at all career stages, and retain health visitors in practice. 2) It provides online and regional training resources including induction frameworks, CPD standards, e-learning communities, and career guidance. 3) The iHV Learning Hub will consolidate these resources and tools to easily support health visitors' practice through online and regional networking opportunities.
