Keywords • Short-Tail Traffic (a lot of people visiting) • Long-Tail Conversion (Less people more buys) • Test Website on existing keywords • CEOcentro.com • Ranks.nl • Choose your top 10 key phrases with Google Keywords • strike a balance between competition and clicks • Keep them as specific as possible • Track your keywords regularly once a week/month • Change keywords if no performance in 3 months
  • 4. Site Structure • Try to add the keywords to each of those: • Categories • Sub-Categories • Products/Services • Page Titles • Header Tags • Image Tags • Meta became less powerful BUT the description is the part which will show up on Google
  • 5. Sitemap & Robot.txt • HTML – Link + Description in a few words • XML – Google reads this, defines the list of pages and gives them authority • Robot.txt – do not scan these pages (if content is duplicated)
  • 6. Content • 1 keywords every 100-150 written words • Include Media • Interlink your pages (so google keeps going around your page • Link Building • Bloggers • Magazines • Directories • Content Marketing • 400-500 words • 3 KW • Min. 1-2 posts a week
