  2. 2. Case #1 Before & After with Frames 2 Energy Square Prosthodontics www.energysquaredental.ca  Patient presented with a congenitally missing anterior tooth and an anterior tooth that was malformed.  Missing teeth were restored with fixed bridges supported by remaining natural teeth.

This is further complicated by irregular spacing between the anterior teeth and a tilt in the alignment of the anterior teeth.

Case #4 Before & After with Frames 8 Energy Square Prosthodontics www.energysquaredental.ca  Patient presents as a 23 year old female with a discolored anterior tooth and generalized spacing between the anterior teeth.  Treatment was complicated by the fact that the discolored tooth had experienced root resorption and the tooth was extracted.

Case #5 Before & After with Frames 10 Energy Square Prosthodontics www.energysquaredental.ca  Patient presented as a 27 year old male that had lost an upper anterior tooth.  The tooth was missing for some time without replacement and the proximal teeth had drifted into the space.  The drifting was treated with braces.  The missing tooth was eventually replaced with a fixed bridge supported by remaining teeth.

This resulted in the eventual extraction of 4 upper and 4 lower anterior teeth.  All upper and all lower teeth were replaced with fixed bridges supported by the remaining teeth.
