Case #1 - Before &After with Frames 3 Energy Square Prosthodontics www.energysquaredental.ca  Before frame – Patient complained about lower teeth that are infected and unaesthetic.  After frame – All the lower teeth have been replaced by a prosthesis that is screwed down to dental implants and does not come out.

Case #2 - Before &After with Frames 6 Energy Square Prosthodontics www.energysquaredental.ca  Before frame – Patient complained about fractured, decayed and missing teeth in both the upper and lower jaws.  After frame – The upper teeth have been restored with crowns and bridges. The lower teeth have been restored with a fixed denture supported by dental implants.

Case #3 - Before &After with Frames 11 Energy Square Prosthodontics www.energysquaredental.ca  Before frame – Patient presents as a 45 year old male with grossly mutilated remaining teeth that are clearly unaesthetic.  After frame – All Teeth replaced with dental implant supported prosthetics. The mandibular teeth are replaced with a fixed prosthesis screwed to 4 dental implants. The upper teeth replaced with a removable denture supported by 4 implants.

Case #3 – UpperTeeth Replaced 12 Energy Square Prosthodontics www.energysquaredental.ca  Upper teeth replaced with an overdenture supported by 4 dental implants  Note that the palate has been reduced to a “U” shaped design with metal.  The patient comments favorably based on the reduction in bulk and increased room for his tongue, improved aesthetics & speech.

The fixed prosthesis combines a Zirconia framework with all ceramic crowns replacing the teeth and pink ceramics replacing the gum tissue. Note screw access holes will be filled in on insertion.

  • 19. Case #4 - Before &After with Frames 19 Energy Square Prosthodontics www.energysquaredental.ca  Before frame – Patient presents as a 60 year old male with an existing upper denture. The patient complains about the appearance of the denture and that it falls out constantly.  After frame – New upper denture inserted that is supported by 2 dental implants.

The patient is missing one front lower tooth and all the posterior lower teeth.  In the after frame, the lower teeth have been extracted and replaced with a fixed screw in type of prosthesis.
