  2. 2. 2 Design Thinking Action Lab Problem Statement: Carol needs a way to regain the passion for her job.
  3. 3. 3 Design Thinking Action Lab Prototype 1: “Have a clon that goes to work while she enjoys free time” This prototype would by the ideal solution for every problem and for everybody!

  5. 5. 5 Design Thinking Action Lab Test: Prototype 1 What worked - If possible, is a very motivated solution. - No need to worry about responsabilities and money. - Gives the option to develop other projects - Gives the opportunity to seek happiness What could be improved - That clons develp a career inside the company. - Clon skills, to get better work conditions. Questions - How do you get a clon? - Everybody has the alternative to have/get a clon? - How would the world work if we all had a clon, who worked instead of us so we could enjoy our free time? Ideas - To have more than one clon, would allow to have more than one job, that means more salary.
  6. 6. 6 Design Thinking Action Lab Prototype 2: “Equality for all employees” On the other hand, this prototype would allow Carol to regain trust and feel herself part of the company again.

  8. 8. 8 Design Thinking Action Lab Test: Prototype 2 What worked - Good suggestions, only if the company takes them really into consideration. - To be heard is the starting point to reach “equality” - To develop a career path, based on experience. What could be improved - Develop more tools to evaluate the work climate. Questions - How could the staff be sure this messures will be really put into action? - Would these suggestions bother the General Manager or is she really open to suggestions? Ideas - Coordinate meetings with the General Manager every 3 months, to discuss topics about Human Resources. - Create a Human Resources Committee. - Create a union.
