Micro finance days program November 9, 10 and 11, 2005 Day 1 From 7:30am Immersion visit in UPLIFT and Proximity funding branches to 12am The four meeting point are the following:  For Proximity funding: A - 6:30am at Magallanes MRT station, at Dasmarinas village entrance (50m from the MRT station). B - 7:30am at Jollibee, Sucat exit of the South Super highway.  For UPLIFT Manila: C - 7:00am at United Nation LRT station, in front of the “coeur de France” store.  For UPLIFT Quezon city: D - 7:00am at Quezon avenue MRT station, in front of “7/11” (seven eleven store). 12:30am Lunch and transportation to UPLIFT central head office For Proximity funding immersionists, the lunch will be taken in Paranaque For UPLIFT immersionists, the lunch will be taken in UPLIFT Central head office. 2pm Welcoming of first participants by Olivier Carbon, Proximity Funding General manager; Kim Reyes, UPLIFT Finance and admin director and Gregory Doucet, UPLIFT Resource network director 2:15pm Meeting – Debriefing in UPLIFT Central head office (Caloocan, Maypajo)  For UPLIFT Network members: Network meeting  For Franco-Filipino NGO: debriefing with Josephine Lopez Proximity funding operation director and Lucrecio Delgado and Cecile Guilbault Managing directors of Calma and Bulazon UPLIFT programs

What relevant indicators should be chosen to define how poor people are? How to identify needs for MF services? What are the activities to conduct to identify the needs for services?
