  • About My background is in social entrepreneurship, community engagment, and consulting. Prior to joining GovDelivery/GovLoop, I served as the first Community Engagement Strategist for the U.S Department of Homeland Security. In 2008, I led Online Operations and Partnerships for the ServiceNation.org legislative campaign resulting in the passage of the Edward M. Kennedy Serve America ACT of 2009. In 2006 I worked for the Boston Police Department where I created new online and offline organizing models reducing crime and increasing program engagement.
