      • At closing your investment is secured with a Warranty Deed, and Deed of Trust (Mortgage) document in cases where money is borrowed.

      • We find a qualified tenant and rents the property for the highest cash flow possible.
      • Finally, we provide you with Quarterly reports along with any net income; after escrow and normal reserves are met.
