Dear Calum,

Being one of Britain’s busiest and best-known lotharios is a full-time job. Customer satisfaction is of paramount importance. If you don’t keep the ladies happy then word may get out that you’re not up to the job and that could damage your chances with future conquests.

That’s why I suggest you employ Customer Relations Management (CRM) to keep everyone happy with your service and maximise your pulling powers.

What is CRM you ask? CRM is a strategy used in business that uses feedback from customers to tell us all about their behaviours, needs and wants. This information can help us understand our current customers better and target new ones. Businesses use CRM software to collate all the information that you get from your customers. Patterns will start to emerge from the data that can tell a company things such as:

Who their most profitable customers are
How to respond quicker to enquiries
Find out if there are any parts of your service that are lacking
How to make the most of new leads
If and how new products/services increased customer satisfaction

How can we make maximise yourpulling techniques, Calum?

By asking your conquests a few simple questions after you’ve given them one you’ll find out all sorts of information. It sounds strange but it makes more sense to base your pulling strategies on solid data than plain assumptions. You also need to record how you behaved with each girl, so that you can find out which techniques worked best.

Once we have a couple of week’s worth of information, patterns will start to emerge about the best places to pull, what to wear and what a good opening line is.
