    • TILT has been designed to support appraisal. We do this in two main ways:
    • We make it very easy to record your own learning
    • We make it very easy to learn from others and import that learning into your own portfolio of learning
  • 3.
    • We have already covered creating a TILT in an earlier screencast, so we won’t go over it here.
    • Similarly, we have shown that pressing the ‘Learnt’ button on someone else’s TILT imports that into your portfolio of learning
    • So, a few appraisal friendly features of TILT!
